The working caption for this mood board was ‘LFG Sinophobia’, and it was definitely more catchy than what I have there now, but idk, putting Manufacturing Consent there was a bit incongruous. And I feel like there is a certain invisible line of unspoken socially acceptable irony limits that I don’t actually know the location or appearance of. Please write me some constructive hatemail telling me that I actually have the perfect level of irony and I needn’t change myself for the internet. We always strive for perfectionism – unfortunately, we will never get there. That is something I/we need to live with. The post title was also inspired by/plagiarised from this tweet:
